RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

Here at Seamlined we try to make returning items as easy for you as possible!
How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?
- You have 30 days from the purchase date to make a return or exchange. You must send, pack and postmark your products. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days.
- You will be responsible for the cost of shipping your products back to us.
- If an exchange is necessary, there will be no extra cost to you for us to send you the exchanged product. You will still be responsible for shipping and packing the return.
Can I return items that are worn, damaged, or have tags removed?
1. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have the original tags/packaging attached.
2. The following items cannot be exchanged: custom prints or custom size orders.
When will I get my refund?
- Refunds will process on our end within 7 days of recieving the returned merchandise. Depending on your bank, it may take longer to process.
- Original shipping fee is not refundable. Any shipping the buyer pays for to return a product will not be reimbursed.
